FORGEOPS · EXECUTIVE PLATFORM

Turn a costly workflow into a measurable business solution.

Diagnose the problem. Agree the scope. Approve the work. Verify the result.

An executive workspace, from decision to evidence

POPS helps organise the brief and prepare the next decision. ForgeOps connects that conversation to scoped proposals, engineering approvals, delivery and evidence. Start with a single workflow rather than an undefined company-wide transformation.

Suitable starting points include request triage, document workflows, approval queues, internal applications, system integrations and evaluation of existing agents. Delivery conditions are agreed before implementation.

A clear starting investment

Our proposed starting prices in EUR, not a market average or a binding quotation. Final scope, taxes where applicable, third-party costs and support conditions are stated in your proposal. No payment is taken by submitting a brief.

Find the right first workflow

These are proposed pilot opportunities, not claims of completed deployments in every industry. Regulated or safety-critical workflows start with discovery and qualified review.

Business operations

Requests, documents and exceptions are scattered across email, spreadsheets and business systems.

Possible first pilot: Request triage with source references, an approval queue and visible case status.

Question to resolve: Which repeated workflow costs the most, and who approves its exceptions?

Measure: Minutes per request, rework and response time.

Discuss this workflow ↗

Industry context

Life sciences

Quality documentation is fragmented, making deviation investigation and evidence retrieval slow.

Possible first pilot: Referenced document search and draft evidence packs for qualified human review.

Question to resolve: Which document versions are authorised, and who validates their use in your quality process?

Measure: Retrieval time, reference accuracy and evidence completeness.

Discuss this workflow ↗

Industry context

Automotive suppliers

Part and supplier records live in disconnected systems and are difficult to reconcile.

Possible first pilot: Supplier data reconciliation and a traceability exception queue on a bounded sample.

Question to resolve: Which parts, suppliers and systems must reconcile, and what is their shared identifier?

Measure: Matched records, unresolved exceptions and trace time.

Discuss this workflow ↗

Industry context

Financial operations

Manual reconciliations, inconsistent source data and slow exception review consume analyst time.

Possible first pilot: Assisted reconciliation and evidence preparation for an analyst, without moving funds.

Question to resolve: Which decisions require an analyst, and what is the authoritative source for each reconciliation?

Measure: Match rate, false positives and review time.

Industry context

Games and communities

Support requests, abuse reports and incidents require context and consistent human review.

Possible first pilot: Ticket or report triage with evidence, policy test cases and moderator review.

Question to resolve: Which policy defines a correct outcome, and which actions remain reserved for moderators?

Measure: Triage time, appeals and errors by category.

Industry context

Licensed betting operators

Risk signals and customer interactions need consistent case tracking and supporting records.

Possible first pilot: Case and evidence organisation for player protection teams, without autonomous enforcement decisions.

Question to resolve: Which team and policy approve each protection interaction, and how is its outcome evaluated?

Measure: Case completeness and time to human review.

Industry context

Creators and agencies

Production, review, rights and performance are fragmented across channels and collaborators.

Possible first pilot: A multi-channel editorial workflow with approvals, version tracking and outcome reporting.

Question to resolve: Where is time lost between briefing, approval, publication and analysis, and who owns the rights?

Measure: Time per asset, revisions and attributed business enquiries.

Industry context

Restaurants

Reservation requests and table decisions are scattered between WhatsApp and the team.

Possible first pilot: Fado reservations: request intake, availability and team panel.

Question to resolve: Which restaurant number, capacity, shifts and person handle exceptions?

Measure: Confirmed reservations, table conflicts and response time.

Industry context

Media and music

Catalogues and playback experiences lack clear scope or rights.

Possible first pilot: A local library with bounded search, catalogue and persistence.

Question to resolve: Which content is authorised and what must the first version do?

Measure: Completed catalogue and playback tasks and documented rights.

Evidence we can discuss today

Fado Reservas: a restaurant workflow connecting reservation handling, the team panel and table assignment. This is a concrete workflow reference, not evidence of regulated-industry certification. View solution ↗

Midnight Vibes: a bounded local music-library application with a working interface, API and persistence. It does not include a licensed commercial music catalogue or production streaming service. View package ↗

Before you commit

What do we receive, and what is excluded?

Your proposal names the workflow, files or deployed components, integrations, tests, documentation and exclusions. A source-code package, a hosted service and ongoing operation are different deliverables. Hosting, commercial licences and third-party usage are included only when explicitly stated.

How do service fees and technical credits differ?

A service fee covers the agreed commercial engagement. Credits meter technical usage in the platform. Saving a brief is free of credit consumption. The reviewed proposal shows any execution credit charge before confirmation. Credits are not money or the INV wallet currency, and do not buy administrator access.

What happens if the pilot fails acceptance?

A delivery that fails the active quality gate is blocked from being presented as complete. Remediation, any repeat-run credit treatment, refund terms and the maximum iteration budget must be agreed in the commercial proposal before work starts; they are not assumed unlimited.

Who can access our data or approve actions?

The brief records data classes, authorised systems and reviewers. Do not submit credentials or sensitive datasets in this form. Deployment location, retention, access controls and any specialist validation are agreed for the project. Purchasing a professional service never grants internal Owner privileges.

Can we export the work and continue with another team?

Export format, source-code access, dependency licences, handover and exit conditions must be stated in the proposal. Existing downloadable products keep their own package licence. We do not claim ownership rights for third-party components.

How long will it take?

A deadline follows scope and access review. We first agree one workflow, required integrations, review availability and acceptance data. Large platforms and regulated systems need staged discovery; they are not sold as instant one-prompt deliveries.

Bring the problem. Leave with a clear next decision.

Use your own words. We ask about the workflow, measurable result, boundaries, investment and acceptance. Your draft stays in your account; submitted briefs enter the internal review queue.
